The returned results are first clues, whether the analyzed text really is (partly) plagiarized has to be checked by a human.
Uploaded documents or texts (data) is not permanently saved. Uploaded data also is not passed on to third parties, with the exception of search engines, to which the data is transferred partially or in full during the text analysis. The user has to make sure that he has the right to pass on the text (or data), especially for the purpose of plagiarism detection, before using the service.
German law and jurisdiction applies, excluding other laws whereever possible.
The invalidation of one or several clauses - or parts thereof - of these terms does not invalidate the other clauses. In such a case the parties shall replace the invalidated clause by an arrangement as close to the original intent as possible.

Guideline
- First click the button " Analyze Text "
- Choose a file to upload, in the formats MS Word (.doc/ .docx), HTML (.htm) or text (.txt) - via "Save As" almost all programs support these formats
- After clicking "Upload" the document appears in the text box
- Alternatively you can copy & paste text directly into the text box
- With "Start Analysis" the source search begins - You will be updated about the progress continuously, search takes about 1 minute per document

Results
- The first search returns Interent sources matching your document, with results ordered by estimated relevance
- During deep search the results are further filtered; the signature similarity is calculated and the conspicuous passages are shown
